No, it isn’t a diet, although you will lose excess weight if that is your goal, plus build strength and tone your entire body. It’s a life changing 6 week introduction followed by an ongoing maintenance program you can either continue on your own, with all the information and knowledge I’ve provided you, or stay part of our ‘Trim & Tone Forever’ Community utilising my Online Workouts, new health and fitness tips, tricks and recipes, including ongoing support from my Private Members Forum.

I have a specific injury/medical condition, can I still do the 6 Wk Trim & Tone?

It will depend on your particular medical condition, nature of your injury, your road to recovery and if it’s an ongoing or new injury. It’s important to speak with your health care professional before starting this, or any exercise or nutrition program. They will provide you relevant information to suit your individual dietary requirements and recommend which exercises you can safely perform and those to avoid. Based on the results of your health professional’s assessment you can then modify the Workout Plan to suit your needs.

How does your online workout studio work?

As a member of our Program you’ll have access to my Online Workout Studio full of Pilates, Barre Pilates and Resistance Toning Exercises. There are complete 20-30min Total Body Workouts in flowing sequence that will tone and challenge your entire body, including my special 5 min Trouble Zone Toners allowing you to target your specific problem areas, or if you’re pressed for time are great if you’d just like to work one body part. The workouts and exercises are low impact, low cardio and can be done anywhere, anytime. There are several workouts to choose from to suit all ages, fitness levels and exercise requirements, with new routines to try each week so you’ll never get bored. They’re fun, always different and most importantly gets you that longer, leaner, healthier body FAST.

What makes your online workouts different?

No downloading exercise documents trying to read what they are and how to do them. All my workouts are available in my Online Studio ready for you to exercise anywhere and anytime that suits your lifestyle whether at home, work or traveling. They are flowing Total Body Workouts, no stopping and starting, and the ‘how to’s’ are explained as we do the exercises. It’s just like attending one of my classes, but without having to leave your home, perfect for housebound Mums with infants. There are also my special ‘Trouble Zone Toners’, quick 5 min Workouts to target your personal problem area.
